Customer Digital Contract
Terms and Conditions:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon approval. The remaining balance is due on the Friday of the job being completed. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, contingent on material availability and pricing. This contract includes a hold harmless agreement, protecting both parties from liability for damages or incidents not caused by Custom Counters, LLC. Custom Counters, LLC carries its own liability insurance for your protection and peace of mind. Remnants sold as is. Natural Stone varies each time it comes out. It will never look the same. These Terms will be the same as the paper contract we will be providing in person. That contract will have the estimated total, material used, etc. As well as the customer's and owner's signatures.
